Amazing quality inside and out. Although the order took a little longer than expected to arrive as customer services explained they were still awaiting the arrival into their warehouse of more stock, it did arrive after about 7-10 days after I paid for it. I visited Rimowa (the style that gets copied alot) in Amsterdam and saw the real McCoy and I think it's as good if not better than the real thing! It just doesnt say Rimowa on the case! But it was well worth it and in the end it didnt disappoint! Metal black alum 22 inch one I got. Its a dream and I am so happy! thanks Riigid. Matt West London

Delivery was much longer than originally expected. Communication was good however I received an email advising the stock was in but that it would take a few more days before distribution in order to add the gift bags. It then took 5 days before it was dispatched and I didn’t receive the gift bags. Love the product I just think it could have been a much better experience

I was super excited to receive my case after ordering and paying for it at the end of November 2025. I knew the shipment would arrive from January 5th 2026, so the timeline was expected. Communication throughout was fantastic, and the delivery itself was seamless. The case arrived well packaged and in excellent condition, exactly as shown. The only issue was that the gift bag with the case separators was missing. I contacted the Rigid team and they were consistently responsive and transparent, and they sent the missing items out a few weeks later without any hassle. Overall, their level of service, transparency, and product quality is excellent. I was impressed enough that I will place another order soon.

So far is faring well on my month trip to Japan. The trunk dimensions are much better suited for navigating public transport systems. Wheels are good and have covered some distance so far. Only thing is I wish the locks were metal same with some other plastic parts but still is an awesome suitcase 💪

Availability was delayed due to being on back order which wasn't so obvious when ordering but did become clear straight after so v likely I got caught out as supplies ran out. Cases arrived well packaged, excellent little extras in tags. Dividers and packing cases. One case came with small dent in corner. Riigid did offer to replace and we resolved reasonably quickly. Overall very happy. Have realised spare parts easily available if ever needed as cases very modular and riveted as a way of building. Thanks
