I have now bought two cases from riigid.com. A 30" Trunk and 20" carry on. Overall I'am happy with their appearance and build quality, but I haven't travelled with them yet. I will be using them for a month long trip around Latin America starting next week, and hope that these cases will become a regular travel companion for years to come, thanks to the lifelong warranty. 🙏

First time i have had an aluminium case and I am very happy with it. I went for the trunk version rather then a normal suitcase size and it meets all my expectations. I am waiting for the Racing Green version to come back on line to order one.

I regularly travel between Glasgow and London - with a lot of walking when I get there. This is literally a game-changer for me. Bigger than standard carry-on, solid, secure, very easy to wheel and walk and the locks are so much easier than zips. I want one in every size and colour!

Just the ticket for going away for a night by train! Easy to trundle along the platforms, light enought to lift up/down any steps and to place on the luggage rack. I especially like the locks and the colour is great!

Case seems good quality but 1 trip has resulted in corner dents. See how it fairs with further travel.

Amazing quality inside and out. Although the order took a little longer than expected to arrive as customer services explained they were still awaiting the arrival into their warehouse of more stock, it did arrive after about 7-10 days after I paid for it. I visited Rimowa (the style that gets copied alot) in Amsterdam and saw the real McCoy and I think it's as good if not better than the real thing! It just doesnt say Rimowa on the case! But it was well worth it and in the end it didnt disappoint! Metal black alum 22 inch one I got. Its a dream and I am so happy! thanks Riigid. Matt West London

I ordered 2 cabin cases and one 28” case a little longer to get delivered but I have them and they are great. Customer service was excellent and kept me informed of what was happening with my luggage. I would definitely recommend.

I love the trunk, it looks less bulky than the 28" suitcase. It's very solid quality and durable. Great locks and excellent smoothly rolling tyres.

Delivery was much longer than originally expected. Communication was good however I received an email advising the stock was in but that it would take a few more days before distribution in order to add the gift bags. It then took 5 days before it was dispatched and I didn’t receive the gift bags. Love the product I just think it could have been a much better experience

I was super excited to receive my case after ordering and paying for it at the end of November 2025. I knew the shipment would arrive from January 5th 2026, so the timeline was expected. Communication throughout was fantastic, and the delivery itself was seamless. The case arrived well packaged and in excellent condition, exactly as shown. The only issue was that the gift bag with the case separators was missing. I contacted the Rigid team and they were consistently responsive and transparent, and they sent the missing items out a few weeks later without any hassle. Overall, their level of service, transparency, and product quality is excellent. I was impressed enough that I will place another order soon.

I have a great cabin bag but it is not big enough. This suitcase sleeve is perfect, lots of pockets and the large compartment you can even fits 4 bottles of wine.

Can compress my deep pile fleece in third the size with space to fit pair jeans and a tee plus my laptop and toiletries. Very happy. Adequate pockets for chargers, books and food supplies. Very happy.

Well made and easy to adjust to fit different cases. Haven’t traveled with it yet so can’t really comment any further.

So far is faring well on my month trip to Japan. The trunk dimensions are much better suited for navigating public transport systems. Wheels are good and have covered some distance so far. Only thing is I wish the locks were metal same with some other plastic parts but still is an awesome suitcase 💪

Suitcases are excellent! Just what I wanted. Availability was delayed due to being on back order which wasn't so obvious when ordering but did become clear straight after so v likely I got caught out as supplies ran out. Cases arrived well packaged, excellent little extras in tags. Dividers and packing cases. One case came with small dent in corner. Riigid did offer to replace and we resolved reasonably quickly. Overall very happy. Have realised spare parts easily available if ever needed as cases very modular and riveted as a way of building. Thanks

Sleek….sitting pretty waiting for them first trip
Have already 5 star reviewed the cases after receiving them and doing the outward part of our holiday. Having returned, suitcases were easy to move around and although no longer sparklingly new looking thanks to four airports’ baggage handling they survived super well. We really like them.
